These well-intention employees are very good. I contacted them 4 years ago when I was planning a move; and, they were nothing short of respectful in calling back, as I'd asked them to do. They were so respectful at that time (things being what they were, friends stepped up.) Then, when I anticipated needing storage space again, I immediately called them and, my gosh, they not only locked in the special price; but also, Donald also called to follow-up if he hadn't heard from me. In both cases, I'd arranged a private alternative. That said, were I in this position again (needing storage) I would - without hesitation - contact this company again. read less

Their prices were better than other storage units I looked at and I feel very confident that my items are secure and protected from the weather there. The Place is very clean and the staff are very conscientious. Donald, the employee I deal with the most, provides excellent customer service. He is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Alberta Storage Place has the best rates and availability, is absolutely safe and secure, with accessible hours and the place as a whole is always well lit and clean, inside and out. Not to mention all the great reviews (lol)! Now having rented a unit at Alberta Storage twice, I can say that it has been nothing but a great experience. Living on the other side of the city, I would gladly take the trip back and forth for the security of my belongings. I loved working with everyone here. Connie and John are two exceptional people! They go the extra mile, taking the time to get to know their customers as well as their needs, addressing any questions or concerns immediately, being accommodating and understanding, and periodically checking in to see if there’s anything they can do to make your stay better, happily taking any feedback you have. They take customer service to a whole new level, and all with a friendly attitude and a welcoming smile.
